At Allen Park Dental Care, we believe quality dental care should be accessible and transparent. Our team is happy to help patients understand their insurance benefits and review payment options so there are no surprises when it comes to your care. We Accept Most PPO
Allen Park Dental Care participates with Delta Dental. We also accept most other dental insurance plans and are happy to work with your provider. Please note that insurance benefits vary by plan, and coverage is determined by your insurance provider — not the dental office. Any portion not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility. We encourage patients to contact our office with insurance questions prior to their appointment so we can assist you in understanding your benefits.
We Offer Flexible Financing Options
To make dental treatment as accessible as possible, we offer the following payment options. You can discuss these options with our financial team to decide which option works best for you.
- Pre-payment Courtesy
- If you prepay, 5% will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
- No Down Payment Options
- Payment plans up to 60 months with monthly payments and a low fixed interest rate.
- Interest-free payment plans up to 24 months.
- Requires credit approval and minimum monthly payments.
- Three Payments over Three Months Your treatment cost will be broken up into three payments:
- First payment: Day of appointment.
- Second payment: 30 days after the appointment.
- Third payment: 60 days after appointment.
- These payments will be automatically charged to a card on file. We offer payment plans of three equal payments over three months for patients in good standing after one year of care.
Please note that all fees and account balances are your obligation for patients with insurance benefits. Once your insurance has paid, any difference is due and payable by you. If your insurance carrier has not paid within 90 days following a claim, the entire balance is due and payable at that time.

- Insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance provider
- Coverage decisions are made by the insurance company
- Patients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance
